I offer forest bathing/therapy walks for local non-profits, primarily the YMCA, NE Indiana Cancer Services, schools, and state parks.

I am happy to offer walks for private parties as well. Please email me for more details.

I also work with the immersion projects and ANFT trainings and facilitate walks within those. I get to meet so many wonderful people as a guide. It is an incredible privilege to spend time with people in the natural world, partnering with the forest in this work.
