Emma Capper
Emma Capper is a Certified Nature and forest therapy guide and expressive arts facilitator. She works in South Devon, delivering her “Creative Journeys” and regular "Wanders for Well-being" on the Dartington Hall Trust Estate. In other local woodlands she is a provider for Dartmoor National Park Authority, Teignbridge Council, Age UK Devon and the Woodland Trust. "In 2013 I took my expressive arts practice out into Nature and founded Creative Journeys. My Creative journeys in nature with you offer an actively held safe space in which to connect with the more than human world and your own sensory being. Providing invitations to stir your imagination, receive the wisdom of the forest and find creative expression through the mediums of ephemeral art, creative writing and authentic ritual in a reverently playful and spontaneous state of being. Spending time in the woods and parks is so restorative to me on so many levels and I love to hold a space where others can find their own connection, inspiration and sense of belonging. I feel it is also very important that these green spaces are guarded against development and held in sacred trust for us all to come home to, enjoy and find healing in this modern world. I am also available for bespoke guided journeys for folk of all ages. I look forward to our Creative Journeys together."
