I am from South Germany and after traveling the world moved to Lake Tahoe 20 years ago with my wife Kelly, love of my life and mother of our two daughters. Additional studies include: Earth Activist Training with Starhawk, Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, AA in Wilderness Education from South Lake Tahoe Community College.

I've ben playing in the woods since early childhood and deeply care for the environment. On our walks together we turn experience into wisdom. Shinrinyoku/ Forest Bathing is for everybody. There is no wrong way of doing it!!
