I'm a certified forest therapy guide, mindfulness teacher, coach and former pharmaceutical scientist … with a passion for helping people to live the best life possible. I'm based in Kent and am blessed with stunning ancient woodlands nearby, where I offer forest therapy for individuals and groups, as well as the staff and Carers at my local Hospice. My mission is to make forest therapy accessible to all - especially those who need it most.
