I am Marijke van de Staak, trained as a guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT).
I believe that shinrin-yoku can make us fall in love with nature. We both benefit from this.
We humans find a place to recharge, muse, nick and gain insights.
The more people see the importance of nature, the greater the tendency to protect it.
That is why I love to organize shinrin-yoku walks in forests, on the beach and through parks.

I am rooted in The Netherlands and organize walks around The Hague, but open for events all over the globe.
