Ronna Schneberger is a forest therapy guide, trainer and mentor with the ANFT. She has been a professional award winning naturalist, interpreter, and hiking guide in Banff National Park for 25 years. When faced with her own burn out and exhaustion she turned to nature and forest therapy to help her regain energy and life clarity. She is faculty with Leadership Development at the Banff Centre where she works with leaders, professionals, and executives from all over the world using nature as the teacher to create powerful reflections and transformation. Currently, she is the Chair of the ANFT Canadian Council, along with her team; she looks forward to promoting Forest Therapy in Canada.

During this time of where we are asked to stay at home to prevent the spread of the corona virus I will be offering virtual forest therapy walks twice a week. Details can be found here. They are 1.5 hours long and are hosted on the free zoom video conferencing app, You can participate from your home, your yard or a green space near you. I will be outside and sharing my mountain screen with you.

Once we are able to gather together I will be offering regular forest therapy walks in Canmore and Banff National Park. Until then be sure to get outside.
