Roots in Nature provides guided nature and forest therapy walks in Connecticut and NYC. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, which translates to forest bathing, these walks have been scientifically proven to boost immune strength, reduce stress, and improve cognitive function. As a health counselor, Sue realized the important role that nature connection plays in wellness. Her guided walks are designed to help participants unplug, slow down, and experience nature in a whole new way.
