Often outside in deep reflection in nature, Terry awakened to the fact that this provided her with much more, actual nourishment and healing, and found a practice that perfectly reflects this deep connection with nature in Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), or Nature and Forest Therapy. Through the ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs) she found a rewarding practice connecting deeply with and marveling at nature’s examples of beauty, mutual respect, place tending, and honoring each being.

As a Certified Guide, Terry wants to share this connection with others through the slow, mindful walks that allow deep connections with nature. She believes this connection offers opportunities for healing that is sorely needed.
