My name is Tom Wardell and I'm a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide with the Association Of Nature and Forest Therapy. I currently offer group guided Forest Therapy walks at $30 a person in beautiful Howard County Maryland and surrounding counties. My mission is to help guide people back to a loving harmonious relationship with Mother Earth. The many physical and mental health benefits associated with spending time in Nature combined with a sense of partnership with the land is exactly what people need at this time in my opinion.
