Aleš is a nature lover from the Czech republic, Central Europe. He has spent many years in business environment and later as a coach and trainer for different kinds of companies. He holds a Masters degree in business and economics. In 2018 he experienced a burnout and through this experience he found Shinrin-Yoku and became the first certified Forest Therapy Guide in the Czech Republic. He is a founder of the Czech Forest Therapy organization, offering Team events for companies based on Forest Therapy and is actively guiding walks in Průhonice Park, which is UNESCO World Heritage Site and Czech National Historic Landmark. In 2020 Aleš started to promote Forest Therapy to children through the program called Forestplay. He also cooperate with elementary school SCIO as a guide with focus on Nature education in forests with children. He is very much connected with the ancient roots of his community and has graduate on the school of Slavic Heritage. Aleš is very passionate about bringing people back to their roots in nature to experience the moment of REMEMBERING that we all are one with nature.
